  • In the last few years of his life, Haider was producing a new framework for thinking about politics. He wasn’t the only one doing this work, and this framework for thinking about politics was largely adapted from the work of Sylvain Lazarus, Alain Badiou, and Alessandro Russo. Haider’s work over the last few years can be characterized by a shift from Marxist categories to emancipatory politics via Lazarus, and this shift needs to be taken seriously and more widely transmitted.
